1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information JEB Signals ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what is needed to operate the Service and to bill subscriptions.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Telegram identity — your Telegram user ID and username when you interact with our bot.
- Subscription preferences — the categories and timeframes you select.
- Communications — emails or messages you send us.
2.2 Information collected via Stripe
Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or full billing address. From Stripe we receive only:
- Customer ID and email
- Subscription ID, plan, status (active / past due / canceled)
- Country and last four digits of the payment method (for display in your account portal)
2.3 Information collected automatically
- Server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
- Internal usage metrics: which Telegram commands are invoked and how often (used to improve the Service).
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this Service.
3. How We Use Information
- To authenticate you and deliver Signals to your Telegram account.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
- To respond to support inquiries.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for billing.
- Telegram — to deliver messages.
- Infrastructure providers (e.g., our VPS host) — to operate the Service.
- Law enforcement — only when required by valid legal process.
5. Data Retention
We retain subscription records for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years after termination, as required for tax and accounting purposes. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Telegram message history within our bot is retained for up to 90 days.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent to processing.

7. Security
We use industry-standard security controls including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted credentials at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging of sensitive operations. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours where required by law.
8. International Users
Our infrastructure is operated in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States, which may not have data-protection laws equivalent to those in your country.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via Telegram and/or email to active subscribers.
