No. JEB Signals provides algorithmic technical-analysis alerts for educational and informational purposes only. We are not licensed financial advisors, brokers or fiduciaries. Nothing we publish constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are fully responsible for your trading decisions.
How fast do signals arrive?
Signals are evaluated on every bar close and pushed within seconds to Telegram. Latency varies slightly by timeframe — short-timeframe subscribers receive the lowest delivery latency.
Where are signals delivered?
All subscribers receive signals from our Telegram bot. Per-Category and Custom bundle subscribers receive private DMs filtered to exactly what they subscribed to. All-Access subscribers additionally gain access to the main JEB Signals channel.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the customer portal. You retain access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not issue prorated refunds.
Do you guarantee results?
Absolutely not. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past signal performance is not indicative of future results. You can lose more than your initial deposit, depending on your broker and instrument.
How are payments handled?
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You can manage, update, or cancel your subscription directly from the Stripe-hosted customer portal.
